Cheerleading Constitution to be reviewed and signed at Mandatory Pre-Tryout Meeting
The Constitution must be signed by a parent/legal guardian and cheerleader prior to tryouts.
Tryout documentation is available at Room 122 or Open Gym
All tryout applications must be signed along with 3rd marking period report cards MUST be turned in by May 15th.
New High School Cheerleaders
Must Get a Physical By Their Physician at Their Expense The Physical Packet Must Be Completed by Their Physician If any of the medical conditions listed on the first page of the Physical Packet exists the appropriate additional paperwork AND notes from their physician need to be submitted.
